A limited-release red wine vinegar made from quality and faultless Nouveau Syrah grown in the Yarra Valley. Fruit and tannin forward; it calls for macerated berries, pan sauces, roast garlic and poached octopus.
This double-fermented unpasteurised living vinegar is suitable for splashing, shaking, dripping or drinking along with anything overly sweet, fatty, vegetal or dull.
